These Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU) govern the access and use of the website and services associated with the Tech.Rocks Summit 2024 event, hereinafter referred to as "the Event." 

Access to the Event website is free of charge. However, registration for the Event may be subject to specific conditions and participation fees. 

To participate in the Event, users must register by providing accurate and up-to-date personal information. The user agrees not to create a false identity or impersonate any third party. The user also agrees to correspond to the target audience of the Tech.Rocks Summit, and the Event Organizers reserve the right to cancel the participation of any user who does not meet these criteria. 

 Users agree to behave respectfully and not to disrupt the Event. Any inappropriate behavior may result in exclusion from the Event without refund. 

All content distributed during the Event (presentations, videos, articles, etc.) is protected by copyright and may not be used without the prior permission of the organizers. 

The Event organizers cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or participation in the Event. 

The organizers reserve the right to modify these TCU at any time. Changes will be effective upon their publication on the Event website. 

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the sale of tickets for the Tech.Rocks Summit 2024 Event. 

Tickets for the Event can be purchased online on the official Event website. Ticket prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. 

Payment for tickets is made by credit card through a secure platform. A purchase confirmation will be sent by email after the payment is validated. For any specific invoice requests, the user must contact the Organizer at: hello@tech.rocks. 

Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing to the Event organizers. Refunds are possible up to 60 days before the Event date, minus processing fees. After this period, no refunds will be made. 

The organizers reserve the right to modify the Event program or cancel the Event in case of force majeure. In case of cancellation, tickets will be valid for the next organized edition. 

6. Access to the Event 

Access to the Event is subject to the presentation of a valid ticket and an ID. Tickets are personal and non-transferable. 

Personal information collected during ticket purchase is processed in accordance with the organizers' privacy policy. It is used exclusively for the Event. 

These TCS are subject to French law. In case of a dispute, the parties will attempt to reach an amicable solution before resorting to the competent courts.
