Ophélie Coelho is an independent researcher, specialist in digital geopolitics. She is a member of the scientific council of the french Observatory of Public Ethics and of the Rousseau Institute, for which she has written three remarkable reports on digital geopolitics. Professional in the digital sector since 2009, she regularly speaks in schools and companies on the subject of digital risk management. She is the author of the book Geopolitics of the digital - Imperialism in giant steps (2023, Les éditions de l'atelier).
