Discover his/her biography
Reynald arrived at Theodo almost 10 years ago and is now Director of Engineering. He trains his teams on quality issues: stability, security, performance. His love of work well done and customer satisfaction led him to study Lean as practiced by Toyota and to transpose it to the world of code. Jidoka, Andon, Kaizen, Dantotsu... are all tools and concepts that he applies to his daily work. Since then, he has never stopped transmitting the depth and richness of this philosophy to his developers and clients.
