The world of work is changing and there is no shortage of challenges for IT managers. At Comet, we believe in collaborative work, but how can we build a cohesive team when full remote working is widespread? In the era of the "big resignation", how to keep employees engaged? A little over 20 years ago, a book was published that would change our industry: "Extreme Programming Explained". The title is misleading, it doesn't contain a line of code but a multitude of tips to build a team ready to take on today's challenges.
