Biography
With a background as a Telecommunications Engineer, Jacques spent 15 years in consulting, working on data and digital projects for major media and telecommunications groups.
He subsequently joined the Arcade Vyv group as a Project Director for the creation of a group Data Warehouse.
Jacques is currently the IT and Data Director for the Nové Concession (responsible for the rehabilitation and management of the Ministry of the Armed Forces' housing stock), having participated in and won the tender for the concession's IT/Data component.
